Mrs. Byaruhanga
24 years teaching English literature in Kasarani
- 🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
- Meadowbank Middle School
- Since 1986
- English, Spanish
For 40 years I have been the English literature teacher at Meadowbank Middle School. I teach Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 2,080 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Byaruhanga
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Byaruhanga: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
