I teach drama at San Diego High School in San Diego since 1978. Most days I teach the youngest children, and I play music while people worked.
Over the years I've had 1,490 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Burrell
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
