Mrs. Brooks
19 years teaching computer science in San Jose
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- Orchid Secondary School
- Since 2006
- English
For 20 years I have been the computer science teacher at Orchid Secondary School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mrs. Brooks
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
