Mrs. Batista

17 years teaching music in Santos

  • 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Fairview Girls' School
  • Since 1997
  • Portuguese
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 29 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Over the years I've had 1,480 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Batista: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
