For 15 years I was the special education teacher at Dhaka Academy. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
