Mrs. Barbosa
Home economics teacher at Westbrook Secondary School, Since 1999
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Since 1999
- Portuguese
I teach home economics at Westbrook Secondary School in Santos since 1999. Most days I teach Year 9, and my door is open at lunch.
Over the years I've had 1,320 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Barbosa
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Barbosa: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me home economics in 2018 at Westbrook Secondary School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
