Mrs. Bansal

Retired early years teacher from Mangaluru Boys' School

  • 🇮🇳 Mangaluru, Karnataka, India
  • Mangaluru Boys' School
  • 2003 to 2012
  • English, Hindi, French
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I answered every email, even at midnight. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Mrs. Bansal

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Bansal: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me early years in 2011 at Mangaluru Boys' School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
