Mrs. Banerjee
French and biology teacher, Lucknow
- 🇮🇳 Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Good Shepherd Girls' School
- 1999 to 2024
- English, Bengali
I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 25 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 1,480 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Banerjee: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
