Mrs. Ávila
Teacher at Jacksonville Primary School, loves social studies
- 🇺🇸 Jacksonville, Florida, United States
- Jacksonville Primary School
- 2004 to 2018
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 14 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 380 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Ávila
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Ávila: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me social studies in 2014 at Jacksonville Primary School. I still remember that terrible school play
