Mrs. Avila

Spanish and biology teacher, Philadelphia

🇺🇸 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States
Since 1987
English

I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 39 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

Subjects taught

Spanish Biology

What gifts mean to Mrs. Avila: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
