Mrs. Assefa

Statistics and chemistry teacher, Addis Ababa

  • 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
  • Addis Ababa Secondary School
  • 1992 to 2004
  • English, Amharic
Addis Ababa Secondary School was my second home. I taught statistics there from 1992 to 2004, mostly first-year students. I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Mrs. Assefa

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Assefa: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
