I taught economics at Baobab Boys' School in Madina from 2007 to 2020. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
