Mrs. Aoki

Drama and environmental science teacher, Tokyo

  • 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
  • Highland Middle School
  • 1999 to 2023
  • Japanese
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 24 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Over the years I had 1,250 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Mrs. Aoki

If you were in my primary school children class, you probably remember the surprise birthday cake.

You taught me drama in 2025 at Highland Middle School. I still remember the rainy sports day.
