Mrs. Ando
26 years teaching history in Osaka
- 🇯🇵 Osaka, Osaka, Japan
- Unity Secondary School
- Since 1986
- English
For 40 years I have been the history teacher at Unity Secondary School. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,880 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Ando
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Ando: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

you taught me history in 2001 at Unity Secondary School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays.

You taught me history in 2018 at Unity Secondary School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
