Mrs. Almeida

24 years teaching social studies in São Paulo

  • 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
  • São Paulo Secondary School
  • 1980 to 2016
  • Portuguese
For 36 years I was the social studies teacher at São Paulo Secondary School. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Mrs. Almeida

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Almeida: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

you taught me social studies in 2018 at São Paulo Secondary School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
