Mrs. Alcantara

Accounting and biology teacher, Quezon City

  • 🇵🇭 Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
  • Highland High School
  • 1978 to 1988
  • English
I taught accounting at Highland High School in Quezon City from 1978 to 1988. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer. I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Mrs. Alcantara

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
