Mrs. Aktaş
Teacher at Bornova Technical College, loves economics
- 🇹🇷 Bornova, İzmir, Türkiye
- Bornova Technical College
- Since 2013
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a radio technician, and 13 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 780 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Aktaş
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Aktaş: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
