I teach home economics and special education at Reading Public School, Reading. I never turn anyone away.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mrs. Acosta
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
