Mrs. Acar
Biology and music teacher, Istanbul
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- 2013 to 2022
- English, Turkish, Spanish
I taught biology at St. Joseph's Academy in Istanbul from 2013 to 2022. Most days I taught primary school children, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Acar: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
