Mrs. Abe
Early years and biology teacher, Kawasaki
- 🇯🇵 Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan
- Kawasaki Girls' School
- Since 1999
- English, Japanese
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 27 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 680 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Abe
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Abe: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
