I taught physical education at San Francisco High School in San Francisco from 2018 to 2025. Most days I taught Year 9, and I never turned anyone away.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
More about Mr. Zimmerman
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
