Mr. Zidan
32 years teaching English literature in Mecca
- 🇸🇦 Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
- Sakura Secondary School
- Since 2007
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 19 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,060 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Zidan
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Zidan: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me English literature in 2020 at Sakura Secondary School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard!
