Mr. Zhu
Music and economics teacher, Mississauga
- 🇨🇦 Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
- Orchid Grammar School
- Since 2001
- English, Mandarin
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 25 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,430 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Mr. Zhu: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
