Mr. Zakari
Teacher at Eastgate Academy, loves art
- 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria
- Eastgate Academy
- 2002 to 2022
- English, Hausa
I taught art at Eastgate Academy in Badagry from 2002 to 2022. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I answered every email, even at midnight.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Zakari
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Zakari: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
