Mr. Zakari
Retired music teacher from Beacon Boys' School
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Beacon Boys' School
- 2004 to 2015
- English, Hausa
For eleven years I was the music teacher at Beacon Boys' School. I taught Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Mr. Zakari
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Zakari: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
