For 20 years I have been the home economics teacher at Central Middle School. I teach Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 880 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Young
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Young: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
