Mr. Yao
Chemistry and English literature teacher, Dayton
- 🇺🇸 Dayton, Ohio, United States
- Dayton Middle School
- 1991 to 2009
- English, French
I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 18 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

What gifts mean to Mr. Yao: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
