Mr. Yakubu
Music and physics teacher, Abuja
- 🇳🇬 Abuja, Abuja FCT, Nigeria
- Abuja Academy
- Since 2007
- English
I teach music at Abuja Academy in Abuja since 2007. Most days I teach Year 9, and I learn every name in the first week.
I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Yakubu
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mr. Yakubu: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
