Mr. Yakubu
Physical education teacher at Abuja Academy, Since 2005

I teach physical education at Abuja Academy in Abuja since 2005. Most days I teach Grade 6, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I've run the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Mr. Yakubu
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Yakubu: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
