Mr. Yakubu
Teacher at Onitsha Middle School, loves French
- 🇳🇬 Onitsha, Anambra, Nigeria
- Since 2017
- English
For nine years I have been the French teacher at Onitsha Middle School. I teach Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 250 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Yakubu
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mr. Yakubu: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
