Mr. Yakubu
Retired English literature teacher from Kano Primary School
- 🇳🇬 Kano, Kano, Nigeria
- Kano Primary School
- 1988 to 2018
- English
I taught English literature at Kano Primary School in Kano from 1988 to 2018. Most days I taught teenagers, and I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 570 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

I was in your teenagers class in 1997. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Stockholm.
