Mr. Wright

Spanish and environmental science teacher, Springfield

🇺🇸 Springfield, Illinois, United States
Springfield Primary School
Since 1980
English

I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 46 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Mr. Wright

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Wright: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
