Mr. Wood
Social studies and early years teacher, Lexington
- 🇺🇸 Lexington, Kentucky, United States
- 2009 to 2017
- English, French
I taught social studies at Lexington Technical College in Lexington from 2009 to 2017. Most days I taught first-year students, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I had 240 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

What gifts mean to Mr. Wood: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
