Mr. Winata
28 years teaching French in Malang
- 🇮🇩 Malang, East Java, Indonesia
- Malang Secondary School
- Since 2005
- English, Indonesian
For 21 years I have been the French teacher at Malang Secondary School. I teach Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,200 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Winata
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Winata: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
