I taught social studies at St. Anne's Girls' School in Johannesburg from 1982 to 2013. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Mr. Williams
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
