Mr. Whitmore
16 years teaching English literature in Sheffield
- 🇬🇧 Sheffield, England, United Kingdom
- Andes Technical College
- 1988 to 2012
- English
For 24 years I was the English literature teacher at Andes Technical College. I taught primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 1,390 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mr. Whitmore
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Whitmore: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me English literature in 2017 at Andes Technical College. I still remember the rainy sports day.
