For nine years I have been the home economics teacher at Yonkers Girls' School. I teach Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Mr. Whitfield
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
