Mr. Whitfield
Teacher at Los Angeles Public School, loves home economics
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Public School
- Since 2001
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 25 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Mr. Whitfield: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me home economics in 2004 at Los Angeles Public School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.

You taught me home economics in 2014 at Los Angeles Public School. I still remember that terrible school play.
