I teach environmental science at Queensway Boys' School in Philadelphia since 1989. Most days I teach the final-year class, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I've had 2,150 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Mr. Whitaker
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Whitaker: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
