Mr. Whitaker
Retired statistics teacher from Holy Cross High School
- 🇺🇸 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States
- Holy Cross High School
- 1979 to 1997
- English
I taught statistics at Holy Cross High School in Philadelphia from 1979 to 1997. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I ran the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Mr. Whitaker
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Whitaker: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
