Mr. Wekesa
Economics and geography teacher, Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Secondary School
- 2012 to 2024
- English, Swahili
I came to teaching late, after working as a radio technician, and twelve years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 650 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you were in my teenagers class, you probably remember the last day before the summer holidays.
