I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.

What gifts mean to Mr. Weiss: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
