Mr. Waweru
22 years teaching accounting in Kinondoni
- 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Kinondoni Academy
- Since 1986
- English
For 40 years I have been the accounting teacher at Kinondoni Academy. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
