Mr. Washington

Art and history teacher, Wollongong

  • 🇦🇺 Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia
  • Bamboo Public School
  • 1988 to 1997
  • English
I taught art at Bamboo Public School in Wollongong from 1988 to 1997. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I answered every email, even at midnight. I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

What gifts mean to Mr. Washington: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
