Mr. Walker
Computer science and French teacher, Oakland
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Since 2012
- English
For 14 years I have been the computer science teacher at Oakland Middle School. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Walker
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
