Mr. Walia
French and biology teacher, San Diego
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- Phoenix Academy
- Since 1983
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 43 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Mr. Walia
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mr. Walia: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
