Mr. Walia
Agriculture teacher at Mangaluru Academy, Since 2018

I teach agriculture at Mangaluru Academy in Mangaluru since 2018. Most days I teach teenagers, and I learn every name in the first week.
Over the years I've had 200 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Walia
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
