I taught physical education and geography at Nha Trang Boys' School, Nha Trang. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I had 310 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
