Mr. Voigt
History and religious studies teacher, Essen
- 🇩🇪 Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
- Essen Middle School
- Since 1986
- German
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 40 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,320 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

If you were in my Grade 4 class, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
