I teach design and technology at Oakwood Secondary School in Bergamo since 1981. Most days I teach Grade 4, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
